Me and my partner Grace, decided to film our project at a public park. Many incidents of kidnappings in real life happen at the neighborhood park. During our opening clip, your left assuming the little girl was kidnapped. With strangers walking around and other kids playing, it gives that real life effect.
We didn’t want to scare the strangers at the park and make them believe the kidnapping was real, so we didn’t shoot Sawyer being taken. We let the audience assume she was, so we stopped filming right before that clip.
